A robot says it's not sure what I mean

Open the rule. Under “What it understood” the brain shows what it read and how confident it is, with a few “did you mean” guesses. Tap a guess, or reword the sentence. Short and concrete works best: “the crop is ripe”, “frost is coming”, “the soil is dry”. Join conditions with “and”, flip one with “not”.

A robot is confused or has stopped

A confused robot has no rule it understands; open it and check the rules marked unsure. A stalled robot ran out of power away from a pad; tow it from its page, or give it a “go recharge when my battery is low” rule (every new robot ships with one). A stuck robot can be freed from its page.

What's free and what's paid

Spring and summer of your first year are free, with every feature switched on. On the last night of summer the clock stops and the game offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks fall onward, for good. Nothing is lost while it waits; you can keep looking around the farm. There are no ads, subscriptions, or consumables.

I bought the unlock but the game still stops

Open the menu (three lines, top left) and tap “Restore purchase”, or use the same button on the offer screen. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account that made the purchase. The unlock is also shared with your Family Sharing group.

Why is the download so large?

The brain that reads your rules is a small language model bundled inside the app so it can run entirely on your device, with no internet and no account. That model is most of the download.

I want to start over

Menu → “Start a new farm”. The guide (Dot) runs again on a new farm; you can skip it with “I've farmed before” or hide it from the menu.
